Sensitive thugs, ya'll all need hugs. 'Concsious' rapper Wale took offense to the Toronto Raptors announcers while he was sitting courtside at yesterday's game against Washington in D.C. The rapper had been engaged in a friendly verbal battle with his friend Rudy Gay when the announcers questioned on camera whether Wale was relevant. “So, Wale is inspiring, and I’m sure somebody on Twitter can tell me exactly if they’ve ever heard of Wale,” announcer Matt Devlin said on the Toronto broadcast. “He’s not Drake, that’s for sure.” Word got to the rapper very quickly via Twitter and he proceeded to venture up 20 rows to the booth where he loudly confronted the duo during the live broadcast. Wale said there was no malicious intentions. “I was just introducing myself, that’s all,” Wale told me of his uninvited visit to the booth. “Nah, I wasn’t angry. I was like, you’re not from here, you don’t know. You don’t know.”
