Oh, Reggie Evans. He should have known that his comments yesterday would motivate LeBron James and his teammates in last night's encounter, surely? Evans told media that he felt the Heat's championship was tainted because it came during a lockout-shortened season, and even compared teammates Andray Blatche and Joe Johnson as equals on-court to Miami's reigning MVP, LeBron James.

James came out determined yesterday, finishing the game with 24 points, 7 assists and 9 rebounds, and after the game he admitted that he was motivated by Evans comments.

“It did,” James said when asked if Evans’ comment provided motivation. “No one knows what it takes unless you’ve done it. You can’t sit here and judge or talk about a team winning a championship unless you’ve been through it and actually done it.”

“Hold on. Let me look at Reggie Evans numbers real quick: He had no offensive rebounds so we did our number on him and we got the win."

If you come at the King, you best not miss.
