With Carmelo Anthony sitting in an Indiana hotel room watching last night's game due to suspension, the Knicks gunner J.R. Smith knew he would have to step up and pick up the offensive load last night. Smith valiantly tried to single-handedly lead the Knicks past the Pacers in an ugly game of basketball, reminiscent of the mid-90's battles between the two teams. Smith finished with 25-points, on 10-29 shooting from the field, but none of his points were more effective - or spectacular - than this dunk on Ian Manhinmi. Smith exploded to the rim from the three-point line, leaving Mahinmi little to no chance of rotating over in time. The Knicks dropped a game on the road, but Smith's dunk provided the orange-and-blue faithful with something to cheer about - if only for a brief moment.
