| NY Knicks Ronnie Brewer Out For 6-Weeks | ||||

Ruh-oh. This is not the way the Knicks wanted to begin their preparations for the upcoming NBA season with news that Ronnie Brewer, who came over from Chicago in the off-season, is set to miss all of training camp after suffering a meniscus tear in his left knee. The injury occurred over the past two-weeks and Brewer will undergo arthroscopic surgery to fix the issue. He is expected out of action for six-weeks, and is still in line to be available for the season-opener in Brooklyn on November 1st. Brewer is expected to play a major role defensively for the Knicks this season.
