_large.jpg) It's the Year of the Dragon, and Nike has made sure we've all remembered it. The latest of the Nike Basketball range to get the Y.O.T.D. makeover is Chris Paul's CP3.V and is set to hit retailers in the US on June 7th. Paul's is just the latest in a number of shoes given the makeover: beginning with the KD IV, and also the Air Jordan 2012 in February.

 LeBron James will not be the only Heat player with a 'Miami Nights' inspired colorway of his signature series with news that Dwyane Wade's 'Fly Wade 2' will also be given the makeover for an upcoming release.
Inspired by Biscayne Bay in Miami, and in the boulevard where the Heat had their 2006 Championship parade, Wade will be hoping this shoe helps propel his team to their second-straight NBA Finals appearance.

 Although we normally focus on basketball sneakers, this latest running release from Nike had us intrigued. Why? Because if the latest technology incorporated in this sneaker is a success we may see something similar being translated to basketball shoes for a smoother fit. J.R. Smith's kick game is definitely on point. The Knicks guard has been regularly posting images of his latest purchases via both his Twitter and Instagram pages and yesterday J.R. gave us a glimpse into his closet. Most the shoes appear to be Jordan Brand – perhaps this is just the Air Jordan wing of his wardrobe?
Just by glancing at some of his collection I must say it's very impressive.

 Now that the hysteria of the LeBron 9 Elite 'South Beach' release and the Air Jordan 'Cavs' has calmed (slightly), we'll take a look at some of the week's hottest kicks on feet.
